Digital Products

All delivered images are provided as high-resolution, edited digital files and are made available via secure download link. No physical products are included unless otherwise specified.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once images have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue or do not receive access, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Raw (unedited) images are not included and will not be provided under any circumstances. Final delivered images reflect our professional editing style and creative discretion.

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased images upon delivery. Access to download links may be time-limited. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or extended access if needed.

Digital Image License

Upon purchase, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered digital images for personal use. This includes sharing on social media, printing for personal display, and archiving.

Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or modification of the images for profit or business purposes is not permitted without prior written consent. The copyright and all ownership rights to the images remain with the photographer.

Clients may not alter, edit, or apply filters to the images in a way that misrepresents the original work without permission. Proper credit to the photographer is appreciated when images are shared publicly but is not required.

Contributions

The fair market value of goods will be disclosed. Only the amount paid above fair market value may be considered tax-deductible. No goods or services are provided in exchange for the deductible portion.
